Hi to all of you!

Wish you all a happy Christmas!

I need a little bit of help from you identifing an ald IBM cpu, I guess it's some kind of 386, but I couldn't find any specific info. Maybe it's not even a cpu, I can't tell.
Here is a picture of it, maybe someone has this in collection, or knows about it.

CPU world would probably be a better place to ask, but what I can tell you is that it's almost certainly a 486DLC chip. It's not an SLC because it has 132 pins. More than likely it's a DLC2 or DLC3. I don't think I've ever seen a single clocked DLC (but they exist?). Also no idea on the clock speed. DLC2s are usually 66MHz. The DLC3s usually 60 or 75MHz. The 100MHz part is relatively uncommon.

"IBM 14 PQ" seems to suggest it is from the Blue lightning family.

"M52" = Manufactured Week 52 1993

Too bad the model number is obscured. Best I can make out is 63G250? which is 1) a wild guess and 2) looks similar to the model numbers seen on some of the clock tripled BL chips.
