give the package I use a try, extract the SBPRO directory to c:\ (with -d switch if you use pkzip under DOS so it will create the subdirectories) and have a look at README.NFO

CT-1600 driver
==============

* fully updated DOS/Win3.x drivers

* run WINSETUP.EXE to install Win3.x drivers/software/group
make sure the BLASTER variable is correct before installing
the 3.x package.

AUTOEXEC.BAT additions:
=======================
SET SOUND=C:\SBPRO
SET BLASTER=A220 I5 D1 T4
C:\SBPRO\SBP-SET /M:12 /VOC:12 /CD:12 /FM:12
SET MIDI=SYNTH:1 MAP:E

CONFIG.SYS additions:
=====================
DEVICE=C:\SBPRO\DRV\CTSBPRO.SYS /UNIT=0 /BLASTER=A:220 I:5 D:1
DEVICE=C:\SBPRO\DRV\CTMMSYS.SYS (optional)

package was made with original disks and updates

Any way you could extract these files so I could just burn them to a CDROM disk ?
I tried to extract but WinZip won't let me do that.

WinZip 19.0 (11294) - 64-bit extracted them OK on this Windows 10 x64 Enterprise V10.00 Build 18363 19H2 system so I zipped when again using the inbuilt ZIP.

Can you extract the attached? If not what system are you trying to extract on and which utility are you using?

very weird, I used WinRAR to create this ZIP file, it extracts ok under DOS with pkunzip 2.04 ...
anyways looks like it's solved now 😀

did the drivers worked for you?
