I have an InWin s500 case like I had back in 1990's
My original case I use as a Sun Solaris 2.7 build.
Intel 440LX motherboard
Dual Pentium 233
128mb ram
ATI rage pro turbo AGP.

---------------------------------------

But I want to use this one as a Win98 PC.

What hardware should I use to make this "Period Correct" ?

Did you see this from Sept. 2000: https://www.extremeoverclocking.com/reviews/c … Win-S500_1.html
I really think it was released mid 2000 based on all the arstechnica posts about it: https://www.google.com/search?q=InWin+s500+ca … arstechnica.com
so going with that I would read thru this: https://www.anandtech.com/show/420
Edit: Or maybe just choose something else that was being sold at that time like a 440BX board. I attached some pics of a local advert mag that I collected on&off back in 1996 and many 1999 thru 2004. The pics are from Sept. 2000 and show what cpu, boards, etc were common at many local computer stores in my area at that time (Being near Intel, Fujitsu, Lucent and a few other manufacture sites/campus there were many local stores that carried good parts here back then).
