Hello Everyone 😀

Took me a while to decide to join this place or not, but the new look is very neat looking 😀
And since this place is well known for retro hardware lovers I thought I'd give it a go.

Most know me as the current owner of the x-3dfx community at Facebook, there I go as Willem B.
We have 3dfx fans from all over the globe and we all have one goal to keep the 3dfx dream alive, and it doesn't matter who has what either.
As long you enjoy what you do best, that is all what matters.

Many know me as Gold Leader from Voodooalert.de & EVGA Forums others know me as Obi Wan Kenobi from 3dfxzone.it and as Obi Wan KenobiV6K from x-3dfx.
Yes I had several 3dfx Engineering Samples I used them to help test community drivers.
Artex is also an old friend of mine, good to see you here old friend.

Feel free to view my profile page to see my other interests.

So here's my retro PC that I worked 14 months on to gather all the hard to fine parts for nice deals 😀

It's main purpose is playing old DVD's HD DVD's, playing cassette tapes , converting them to MP3, sorting out lots of old taes from 1981 to 1989 that my dad recorded via FM 104 "Rock in real Stereo" when we lived in Australia.
I mostly listen to them just to relive old times.
It's also used for classic games that I grew up with back in the 1990's
Games such as these:

Descent 1,2 &3
Freespace 1 &2
Half Life + Opposing Force & Blue Shift
Star Wars: X-Wing versis Tie Fighter + Balance of Power
Star Wars: X-Wing Alliance
Star Wars: Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight + Mysteries of the Sith
Unreal + 2.25f Glide Patch
Unreal Tournament 4.36 + Opteration na Pali Single Player Campaign Mod 1.30
Tactical Ops
Quake III Arena
Command & Conquer Red Alert 2 + Yuri's Revenge & Purple Alert Mode 4.28

And some other things 😀

It does everything I want it to do and that is all what matters.
3dfx, Boeing 747 & Pan Am always were things I loved and with this system I was able combine the three as one 😀

And there you have it really 😀
Enjoy the content 😀
