Having the same issue with the same bios. I was only able to get a single CD-ROM to work as a slave on the primary cable with a master hard drive. Can't get my secondary CD-ROM to work on the secondary IDE. Tried every combo, adding, swapping, and everything else last night until I gave up and went to sleep ;-(
