Greetings to everyone,

recently I've upgraded my K6-III+ build with a 5.25" floppy disk drive, the Epson SD-700, but it doesn't read floppies.

I've cleaned carefully the heads, the motor spins but it cannot read any floppy. I have many floppies to check.
All the floppies working without issues on my 486Dx2 VLB build and a Mitsumi D509V3 drive. The drive has the same issue on the VLB system also.

Any ideas?

It has some jumpers, here's a picture.
