Hello,
I'm looking for 2 "AT&T ATT7C170P-12 9115K 74" chips, they was in my old 80386 motherboard, one of them as two pins broken so I'm looking for a replacement...
They should be some sort of SRAM.
Thank you all

Those are listed as "ATT7C170P-12 Static RAM (SRAM) ICs 4K X 4 STANDARD SRAM, 12 ns, PDIP22, Static RAM, manufactured by LSI"
Being 16kbit chips in a DIP22 AND only 12nS those may be very hard to find. Does the board support different cache sizes ?
What make/model is the motherboard ?
Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun
