are there new power supply on the market that work ok old retro pc hardware? What brands are still selling ?

im talking more about the athlon XP era where you needed an incredible amount of amps on the 5v.

Things have changed a lot in terms of power supply specifications, not to mention that cpus and videocards draw less now than back in the day.
