OR a 66mhz capable, 32 bit PCI slot?

I think I've narrowed down to the AMD 760MP/MPXX chipset.

Motherboards like

MSI K7D
Asus A7M266-D
Tyan Tiger MPX
Gigabyte GA-7DPXDW-P
Iwill MPX2

SO basically my needs are windows 98SE & 66mhz PCI support, do I even need drivers or can I just slap a pentium 4 or newer chipset and the PCI card will run at 66mhz?

Its non-negotiable and their is method to my madness,.

Im not sure whether I will get the full speed of 66mhz PCI if their weren't drivers made for the era of motherboard I choose to buy.
