These are IRF7822 MOSFETs. However, there are other photos on the net with 9800 Pros having only 3 installed, so I guess it came this way from the factory.
The 4th is on the removed heat sink 3/4 chips were unharmed but 1/4 ripped out.
- Originally "black screen" someone had ripped off the 2.2 Falco coil 0414 completely and I needed to remove the heat sink to be able to resolder the coil.
The original problem was the left coil but could this work with only 3/4 chips ?
RV350 ATI 9800 PRO 128mb. Hynix memory.

Umm, no. Still wondering why the card only has 3 mosfets in the few photos on the net that show it with that tiny heatsink removed. Maybe the glue is stronger than the solder for that one 😁.
You could try and solder it back. Take care of the orientation, and check first with a multimeter if it isn't a dead short.
True. This won't move even how hard you try to remove it.
