Was planning today to upgrade my 100 mhz fsb slot 1 machine to a slot 1 133 mhz fsb motherboard so the pentium 3 733 MHZ runs at full speed.

The motherboard I am using for the upgrade is an AOpen AX6BC.

The problem is: I cannot get it to do anything!

It won't start up the power supply no matter what I tried.

I'm 100% positive the CPU is ok, GPU is ok, RAM is ok, PSU is ok.

I have the motherboard in a setup bench with nothing but the things mentioned above but when I click the on button nothing happens..

Is the mobo dead or am I missing something?
