hello,
this LED frequency display comes from a VOBIS Highscreen computer, and seems very specific to the case because of the green/red LEDs that perfectly matches the front panel.
Anyway, this model uses 2 dipswitches to configure the display (in addition to 3 jumpers). Would anyone have a doc/guide about the configuration of such a display ?
Thanks !

You should be able to power up the LCD and play with the DIP switches until you get exactly what you want to see in turbo and non-turbo mode. I've done this with a couple of jumpered LCDs; as long as it's not touching metal, it should be fine.

I've plugged it and started to toggle the switches to see what was happening. It's a bit weird.
One dipswitch controls the LED in turbo mode, the other one in non-turbo mode. The jumper under the one with 12 switches allows to invert the selection (turbo / non turbo).
The 3 jumpers (closed by default) do not change anything, apparently.

What's weird is that none of the dipswitch allows to control the 14 segments, but only 10 or 12 respectively. Meaning that some figures are impossible to generate.
Most likely this model was used in a few VOBIS models, and only a limited set of figures was necessary. This model comes from a 286-16, the same as the one reviewed by Nocito87 in that video :
