If your diag card shows two numbers, check its manual to see what the numbers mean.

What does this mean ?
Testing on my 486 VLB motherboard that will not post.
No video.

Previously it was working then I let it sit for a few weeks. Now it does not want to work.
PSU is good.
CPU is good.
Battery is good.
Video card is good.
Jumpers are set correctly.

Actually, This motherboard was branded by several USA companies including: Atrend, Mecer, and VisionEx.

Resurrecting an old post. My CTL version of same board recently died and could not get it to even partial post, similar story as it booted a few years ago but now is dead.
Stripped it down (for the cache chips) but did save the BIOS as it is from early 1994 where most were dated 1992 or 1993.
Did you ever get your board working ?
