What does this mean ?
Testing on my 486 VLB motherboard that will not post.
No video.
Previously it was working then I let it sit for a few weeks. Now it does not want to work.
PSU is good.
CPU is good.
Battery is good.
Video card is good.
Jumpers are set correctly.
