Can You help me identify the card on photos? It's based on ITT Cannon Eltra connectors. It has "CRT" markers on some of integrated circuits and there is "R2-JS CRT" printed on PCB in the corner. It has D-SUB (as VGA) connector and some of the little switches located on blue base. I have "motherboard" for it too. I guess it's old motherboard you cen see at one of attachments too.
