Do different types have different speeds?
If I understand correctly, the module influences the amount of cacheable RAM, right?
Are COAST modules hard to find?

Related question, I have a weird RAM module, it's EDO ram but in the form factor generally used by SDRAM; says it's 64MB. Is that a rare stick?

First UMC stick can't be identified as couldn't find the datasheet. Second SEC (Samsung) stick is a 512k cache module, still available but very expensive.

Edit: found a cheap one on ebay UK.

Compaq used 168-pin EDO in some of their Proliant servers.
HP and IBM did use them in some of their desktop systems as well.
Namely the HP Vectra XU 200 or the IBM PC 330.
They come in different voltages 3.3 V and 5 V and use buffers often.
