Tandy 1000 TL/2 unable to execute setuptl2.com and is there any way to BIOS ROM Change ?

Hello

I have Tandy 1000 TL/2 EU version and the default language is French and unfortunately I'm not familiar with French.
And setuptl2.com(Tandy 1000 TL/2 setup program) cannot be loaded saying "SETUP does not support this model". I wonder this error could be from different regional version.
Therefore I'm trying to find a way to change bios to US version and I found some rom images at following site.

Please give me some advises for followings.
- Why setuptl2.com cannot be loaded? Is there specific setuptl2.com version for this EU version Tandy 1000 TL/2? Bios change to US version can fix it?
- What is the bios IC of Tandy 1000 TL/2? Please see attached pictures. I wonder LH534A4A or R09C128 could be that one.
- Tandy 1000 TL/2 bios image (it is 64kB) is proper one or not? Which IC (EEPROM?) should I use?

It could be wrong disk problem. I downloaded new system disk and used new disk to copy it. New system disk works!
Also I found that in the advanced menu (setuptl2 /a) I can choose languange.
Now it works perfect!
