Hi guys,
I downloaded the Ipcas - Usb Floppy Emulator 1.40i software from the Phils Comp. Lab website and I must say, I am very frustrated in using this program. I just bought my new Gotek, model SFRC922D to use it on my Pentium PC, but nothing to do.
I explain the problem of the program:
a) formatting and partitioning of my usb pen in 100 blocks (floppies) is OK.
b) loading the images into the pen (original Dos 6.22 images of 1.474.56 bytes) fails because the program tells me:
"000 floppy disk block, surpass the biggest capability - Try or not"
Maybe I'm wrong? I noticed that in the program screen, in the Capability column, 1.39 MB is indicated ... if this is how it is, then all the image files you meet are 1.44 MB, it seems to me a contradiction !!
Can anyone clarify this problem?
I thank all the friends who replied to my previous post and all the friends who will reply to this.
A hug to everyone, Tony.
