This mainboard presents itself as "Terminator II" on the bios screen but I can find no information online
about this specific variant. There's information about a Terminator PCI 486 mainboard but all
other motherboards I found have at maximum 2 RAM slots and the jumpers are always
totally different.

I've searched for the bios string but that only leads me to dead websites or in a best case
scenario to information about the other Terminator board once again with different
jumpers and only two ram slots.

The good thing is that the voltage jumpers are labeled, so I can at least run 3.3/3.45 V CPUs
but I don't know what any of the other jumpers do.

Sorry I couldn't resist 😁. Looks like your board is an odd ball, couldn't find anything remotely similar on TH99. The ATC U6921 comes close but the chipset is different and the jumpers location are incorrect.
