Let me help you help yourself:
Finding your VGA driver is as simple as typing "Intel 815 integrated graphics driver Win98" into google and hitting enter. There are multiple sites hosting the right driver shown on the first results page. Same for the regular chipset drivers.
You've been messing with old PCs for a couple of years now. I'm 100% confident you can find those drivers on your own if you put a little effort into it.
