and there are still some downloadable driver & manual files on there, I don't think any will apply to a model that old, which doesn't even rate a mention.

The TV tuner software seems to have been called TVTap but I've no idea on any capture apps.

I've a similar vintage 16-bit ISA TV tuner / capture board from Hauppauge, though fortunately complete with original driver disks (useless piece of kit now but good to look at!)
