Good day,
I'm trying to find drivers or any information/documentation on a FWB Hammer-PE optical disk drive, if anyone is able to assist please.
Regards, John

"FWB Hammer" sounds very, very NSFW, but back in the 1990s people were more innocent 😜
On-topic. It's a SCSI device. If you have SCSI drivers for your OS, I'd expect it to show up as a (removable) SCSI drive without any additional drivers.
The disk in the top is formatted for Mac, that might explain why it's not showing up in a Windows machine - but how about giving some more info? At the very least say how you're hooking this up to your computer, and what OS that computer is running.

I must be more innocent than my life suggests, coz I can't see how it's nsfw. Unless FWB means something 😀
See my graphics card database at www.gpuzoo.com
Constantly being worked on. Feel free to message me with any corrections or details of cards you would like me to research and add.

Er, jokes sort of lose their effect when explained, but see the Urban Dictionary: FWB
Then combine that with "hammer"...
FWB made a lot of Mac storage stuff back in early 90's thru early 2000's, both internal and external scsi stuff.
Cannot find any direct info on the HD230P but many ref's to other products.
Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

Over time these were all basically the same company
https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.fwb.com/ - Hard Disk ToolKit (HDT) software
https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.hammerstorage.com - hardware arm of FWB
https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.streamlogic.com - acquired all of FWB / Hammer Storage
https://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.sledgehammer.com - as Hammer Storage became under StreamLogic
Only downloads on any of these are here

although you can still download old copies of HDT from the web
