Can Asus S370-133 slotket be used for dual CPU mainboards, and be pin modded to support Tualatins? I've seen reports of S370-DL working in such setups, but would S370-133 work too? I had some problems with one of MS6905 MS-6905 slotket V2.3 works fine, V2 only at 100MHz and now got offer for pair S370-133 slotkets, but I don't know if they are suitable (they weren't tested in dual CPU boards by the seller).

I can do all kind of soldering and modding if necessary, I just need to know if anyone managed to get them to work.

Well,
If you can do all sort of soldering and modding you are in a very good position to reach a solution somehow (opposite to me)

Specifically, I doubt the s370-133 is capable of smp at all (even with mendocino).

There are multiple examples of N33 mod for slotket around the web but they all involve celeron smp capable adapters, which the s370-133 is not.

I am myself searching for someone who can mod my slotkets.
I have two very good QDI, but without a mod scheme to perform;
And two less good "No name" Super Slocket III, with some sort of scheme.

The Tualatin mod itself can be done on any adapter. The stability I think depends on the adapter quality and voltage capabilities (that is why I would love to find someone who could mod for me my QDIs... Are you interested?).

Edit:
Read your past thread.
Is it possible your 2.0 adapter is somewhat faulty?

Actually, according to this Asus support page (in Geman)

https://web.archive.org/web/20030206070028/ht … S370_SLOT_I.htm

the S370-133 does support dual Celeron PPGA, so chances are with the correct mod to either the N33 (or X2?) pin, it'll support dual Coppermines as well . Seems similar to the MSI in that respect and also looks as if it has a TVC16222 voltage clamp IC, so maybe even Tualatins!
