I'm trying later GPUs with a Slot 1 board to see if I can get them working. I believe I may get some joy if I can change the AGP aperture size but the BIOS has a very weird thing.

When I move down to that option it changes to Memory Hole at 15M-16M.

Is there a way around this? I've tried ctrl-F1 to see if opens up other options but it doesn't.

In the bottom picture it shows for AGP Aperture Size (MB): "64 abled". It should show just "64Mb" (the default) or what ever you set it at.
Something is odd. How much ram and what video card do you have in it for those pictures ?
Try a good PCI vid card and see what happens in the BIOS.

Seems to be a bug introduced in the latest (F4c) beta BIOS

🤣 that is a funny read.

If you have programmer and spare EEPROM you could try the Upgradeware BIOS posted in the library:

Added: never mind, it has same F4C main code:
"Intel 440BX/ZX AGPSet BIOS for 6BXC V.F4c
Award 06/30/2002-i440BX-8671-GA6BXC00C-00
6BXC Tualatin Support BIOS www.ROM.by"

That does sound like it's worth a try.

I do have a programmer, and I've used it once on a BIOS on a dead board, it did flash the BIOS but the board remains dead.

Happy to buy an EPROM for it. How do I make sure I get exactly the right one?
