You go on Gigabyte's and it's quite easy to find stuff.
Asus doesn't support oldies as it used to.
ECS is death.
Navigating wayback machine doesn't always yield easily.

Having all models on a site producer's wouldn't be bad for us collectors/retrogeeks; you go straight to old/unsupported/retro... A dedicated section.

Leave a comment and don't forget to retro educate your family and friends!

I have a CD of all motherboard manuals that were on the Asus ftp in April 2002. I'm currently copying then to my hard drive, as the CD is failing, and will eventually find what drivers I can for the same boards before backing up on an M-Disc DVD. They range from Socket 7 to A and 478.

Slowly working on creating a comprehensive library of drivers for as many boards as I find info and/or drivers for. I already have a lot of common drivers, but a long way to go, especially for companies that no longer exist.

See my graphics card database at www.gpuzoo.com
Constantly being worked on. Feel free to message me with any corrections or details of cards you would like me to research and add.

I guess one could send an email to ask but would they answer back?
Companies that are gone, like QDI are only on wayback machine. I understand Deksor's effort to put online as much as possible.

Good luck for your project and thanks for the effort.

No sweat. Are you japanese ?

No, just studied the language.

I need to find a good ftp program to download all the contents. It's the best structure for storing. 😀

This is pretty much what the goal of UH19 is as Nexxen mentioned ^^
We're basically trying our best to replace what the manufacturers of boards are dropping.

Currently there are no drivers on UH19, but that's planned so this interests me a lot !

Beyond my knowledge. Japanese is hard with ideograms (kanji). Asked a friend.
It could be chinese unless you are 100% sure it's japanese.
