It looks like some sort of an industrial process control card with its onboard 680x type CPU, ROM, RAM and extra peripherals. Neat thing but probably useless without the rest of the machine it went into...

I see a maxim max232 on there. Maybe you can find where the serial interface on the connector is and try some serial interfacing. Maybe it answers something.

Same design as PC Chips M601, but I can't spot the subtleties as to revision.

Unicorn herding operations are proceeding, but all the totes of hens teeth and barrels of rocking horse poop give them plenty of hiding spots.
