So I bought the cheapest AM486 DX5 133 from ebay, and it arrived... At first I thought what the heck is this, they sent the wrong chip!

But the markings really say am486dx5-133v16bhc , it is the embedded version 🤣

What can I do with this? I don't know if I can install this in a socket 3 motherboard.

That is a genuine 5x86, but unfortunately no use to most people. They are often found on upgrade adapters.

You can make PCB adapter, similar to how embedded 386DX40 were made:

Yep, you would need to solder that to a custom QFP to PGA adapter and I've not seen one for that layout before. Were any 486 motherboards sold with soldered-on processors that were not PGA chips?

486SX mostly.

Also Kingston upgrade module (5x86 with VRM) use embedded version.

I don't know any motherboards that had them soldered on, but there were a few adapters that used them.
