The Paradise PVC4 is a combined CGA+Hercules chip. The CGA part supports the Plantronics ColorPlus extensions for 320x200 16-color and 640x200 4-color graphics, as well.

The linked converter will not work as it expects analog input but your card has digital out. The description is misleading...

For testing you can simply connect your TV/monitor via Cinch-out, many devices still supoort this.

I need to change same jumper for the CGA mode ?

Yes, probably. Unless it is in CGA mode, already.
If you get a picture on a TV set, you are lucky and do not have to change anything.

Hardly surprising. That one is clearly an EGA card. The RCA jacks on EGA cards were typically feature connectors for optional add-ons, not composite video output ports.

EGA Video cards - BIOS image collection

If yous doesnt post play with the DIP switches...switch one after one or compare with the config of my card.

That being said, the digital RGBI signals from a CGA card or an EGA card in one of the 200-line modes can be converted to analog RGB with very little circuitry.
The resulting analog signal is what the scaler board wants as input. If it wants a composite sync signal, add an XOR gate with hsync and vsync on its inputs.
