I'm trying again Win 8.1 x86 into an Atom D2x00 mini-itx board (dual core 1,9Ghz SSSE3 cpu with 4GB@3GB DDR3@1066) and using a Drevo X1 SSD for the SATA II connection of the chipset.
I am not sure if Win is actually using the proprietary or some generic driver for the AHCI disk and I'd like to ask you if these results are ok for such machine.
It obviously does what it can and the only benefit is to have a very compat form factor pc with PicoPSU and zero noise machine.
