I have found a copy of this item in a box, unopened. Does it have any value to anyone? It's from the 90s.

That is a Creative Video Blaster SE100 framegrabber/capture board. It has some interest, but I believe some Creative collector might be more interested in that it's unopened rather than the hardware itself.
You may discuss/inquiry about it here, but please take note that sales is not allowed here on VOGONS (VOGONS is no marketplace!)
