I've searched the Total Hardware database and though there are a few cards with this chip, none of them have the exact number or layout of jumpers:

The problem is that I need to disable one or both serial ports in order to use one of Rio444's neat little PS/2 mouse interface cards.

I can get parallel, serial and FDD disabled through JP4, but I can't figure out a combination that will just disable (one or both) serial ports.

Ah, by chance I've hit on a combination that seems to work:

JP1 2-3
JP2 2-3
JP3 2-3
JP4 1-2
JP5 1-2
JP6 2-3
JP7 1-2
JP8 1-2
JP9 1-2
JP10 2-3

JP1 and JP2 together appear to control HDD enable/disable. JP5 and JP6 seem to be parallel port address. JP10 is some sort of floppy seek / status signal. Set to 1-2 it kept my (single) drive light on, but the drive still worked. Set to 2-3 it behaves as normal.

With all of the above, the following ports are disabled: Game, COM1, COM2. The following ports are enabled: LPT1 (0x278), FDD, HDD.
