So long story short, I started my PS1 after a few years in storage and I was promoted with a 1701 (HDD error) however the machine still boots into IBM PC DOS built into the ROM, then I tried the utility disk to diagnose the problem but to no avail the disk drive was not working then suddenly the monitor died and never turned back on the PSU is built right into the monitor and I'm not sure how I can ever get it running again.
