good morning

i have the it 8212f dual ide 133 controller
yesterday i installed this pci controler to my win98 pc.

the specs are the following

asrock p4v88+ (latest bios 1.70)
intel 3.0 p4 nortwood
512mb ddr 333 memory
ati 9600pro
seagate 160gb ide disk
sb live 0220
ide dvd &
ide dvd recorder

the problem is the following:
after win 98 installation with the adapter installed (with or whithout disks on it) i have the following mesage <<emm386 not installed unable to set page frame base address>>
pulling card out on same installation problem gone!!
installed again same message

what is wrong? could you help me?
