What's the difference between an Acer Bios and a Service Bios?

I'm looking for an updated bios to fix some IDE issues for my old AcerPower HB/133.
It uses the Acer V30-1 motherboard.

Reading Acer's old webpages [1], I see that they had both "BIOS" and "Service BIOS " for download.
What's the difference?

The bios files, "v301n9s7.bin" and "v30_1n5.bin" from 26.Oct.1998, can you help me find them? I've tried searching for them without success. Best I got was two FTP-sites that are unavailable (ftp.acer.de and ftp://ftp.cc.ntut.edu.tw/pub/Hardware/ACER/Acerpower/v30/)

Did you manage to find a page where you can download the ACER 486 BIOS? I also need a Bios and I can't find it.
