Do you have a good picture ?
Sorry but haven't had time to dig into very far but in 2012 at VCFED someone asked about it decade ago and got me here to the AEMS256.ZIP
AEMS256.ZIP File Size: 39,486 | Expanded memory manager for the

Good thing the FTP was archived but not sure if it will work for your card. If it does will DL all those old files for our library !

I have used that Install.exe program, but doesnt be the right driverset for my card.

The program mentioned

Megabit and Memo2000A. Which both are the AT class memory boards.

My memory board is a Memo2000X class card. I know i maybe could use ems40.sys and set the rule in config.sys.. But i hoped on matching drivers.

Yeah sorry I just finished reading and noted you had asked about the driver near a decade ago. Too bad DFI dropped all their old drivers too, nothing good on Wayback in 1997..
