There are numerous modern gadgets for retro machines that need USB power. Examples include:

I've got no shortage of mains-USB adapters, but I do have a shortage of outlets. So what about tapping into the internal AT/ATX 5V?
You can get these molex to USB adapters. They concern me a little as they appear to be straight through connection, with no regulation or smarts.
But running with this idea, I just dug through my junk and came up with this neat assembly. (The 9pin plug is only there to fill the hole). Easy enough to chop those ends off and add a molex.
The advice seems to be that this will work, but there may be issues if a device needs to negotiate to draw more than 100mA:
