A top of the chip version is possible but for the dip switches, it would have to extend outside of the heat sink. I have an idea on how to hide it underneath the heat sink making little pits for the resistors, but I’m not sure that I really see the benefit over just doing the mod on top of the CPU, without being reconfigure-able it would basically be the same thing as a solder mod on top
Besides the idea is to cut the BF pins, so underside is getting modified anyway
