I found this while digging in a recycling store, for $1 I was curious to see what it might do. None of the searching on model numbers or chips on the board has turned up anything useful. Has anyone seen something like this?

yes and the right one says IDE2, the AMIC 290011TL is a "128K X 8 Bit CMOS 5.0 Volt-only Boot Sector Flash Memory"
My guess is it is an odd IDE or RAID add-on controller so the input might be the J1 or J2...
We need to see what the chip is under the QC / Pass sticker.

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. https://archive.org/details/@horun
