I think your current problem has some other cause. Did you try installing DOS or WIN with all 9 cache chips removed? Is the cache jumpering 100% correct?
Same goes for the CPU voltage jumpering.

You were right, there was problem with jumpers only. The incomplete manual that i found, showed me that the jumpers weren't good for this cpu. When i adjust them, everything works fine, i installed win95 with no problems! Thanks everyone, You all helped me a lot!
