I got a PX486P3 motherboard that has a keyboard interface error, I suspect due to a broken capacitor.

Hopefully the problem will be resolved with it's replacement, but I don't know the values.

Which capacitor value should be good?

That appears to be a standard ceramic disk capacitor, they almost never get damaged. Also there is lots of corrosion (and some green) around that cap and resistors. I suspect bad solder joints and corroded via's.
Most likely the cap in a 0.o1uF based on it's size but am probably wrong....I would guess it same size as the one near the PSU connector...(from a different picture)

The blue stuff below the cap looks suspiciously like battery acid from the (missing) battery above...
The whole area around there doesnt look good either (very dark traces and non shiny solder).
Lets hope you have no rotten traces...
