Hello,
I'm having a problem with SS7 motherboard: MVP3BS7
(https://www.ultimateretro.net/en/motherboards/6602)
I was using it for a while to test many ISA/PCI/AGP graphics cards. It worked fine, with no problems but after some time I started to get black screen all the time. Used a ISA/PCI POST card and it shows the bios stops at C1 which is memory detection.
I was using two 72pin SIMM 16MB sticks and Pentium 133.
Have tried different ram sticks ( both simm and sdram), tried to use different bios version, and still memory detection error.
Any idea what's going on?

A lot of MVP3 boards have a setting for the ram speed usually in jumper form try messing with that also, many MVP3 boards like to use only single-sided memory there are exceptions though

But I would not have expected you to have problems with Simms

Try disabling cache
