I am trying to figure out how to pass the year2000 bug detection but i cant seem to find any work around.

Bios and date in does are set the current date, but as soon i run speedsys it keeps hanging on year2000 bug.

I have also notice that when it happens and i restart the pc the date get changed in bios (12-31-1999) and dos (01-10-2000), i guess that something is apart of what speedsys is doing.

naa, nothing yet...

Which version are you running ? v4.78 is the common one but have only run it on a few 386 that were not Y2K but it did run....
The version at Win3x.org has the full readme text (unlike the one at Phils) but there is no command line listed to bypass the Y2K test

Hate posting a reply and then have to edit it because it made no sense 😁 First computer was an IBM 3270 workstation with CGA monitor. Stuff: https://archive.org/details/@horun

I remember something about Cyrix 6x86 processors locking up SpeedSys, and getting it going again by disabling the 6x86 CPUID feature.
6x86opt\Cpuiden.exe -unset

--> ISA Soundcard Overview // Doom MBF 2.04 // SetMul

I remember I had this issue on a MediaGX (5x86 based). No idea how to bypass it though.
