Hello,
I have been using PC Chips M726 motherboard as my test one ( for testing graphics cards and so on) it was working with no problems. I have left it in my workshop after testing new monitor ( motherboard was used as a signal source for the monitor, I was using one of these MDA/LPT card) and the next day when I had time to come back to finish testing, that motherboard just stopped working. I have tried to use ISA POST card but it just shows no activity ( displays -- -- ) like that motherboard was dead. Any idea what's going on? What is more, this is a second motherboard this week that I was using as a test one and just died the other day.

I have checked voltages for BIOS eeprom, RAM and CPU ( Celeron 333) and they all look fine, also there is no bulged capacitors.

Pull it all apart and put it back together ram cards etc.

Then try the parts in other mobos.

Check for metal shavings/solder blobs
