Im searching for a socket 370 cooler and often on ebay you can see cooler for socket 462 also mentioned that they fit onto 370.
Do they fit?
Good 370 cooler are quite rare here somehow.
Socket 7, 370 and 462 coolers are interchangeable to a degree. I've used many Socket 370 coolers on Socket 7 CPUS, and I've used smaller Socket A coolers on Socket 7. The larger Socket A coolers (the big ones meant for overclocking a hot running Athlon) will often hit capacitors located near the socket on Socket 7 boards and this would also likely be true with Socket 370 motherboards. Anything that's marketed to fit both will likely work with no issues.
