I have an Inwin A500 case. An Intel SBC2 E-ATX dual cpu serverboard. Without modification, the case (actually the drive cage) only allows for ~1/2" clearance above 1 of the cpus. Not enough for any hs/fan that I know of. I was thinking of making the most of the empty space with some kind of heatsink, and mounting 1 (or 2) of the featured fans off to the side. Whaddaya think? Specs also below:
(The fastest P3 run at 1.4ghz iinm. I have a pair of 1.33s. Not sure this board necessarily even loves those chips, it reports only 1 cpu is active (it's been a while since I turned it on). But it also reports bad ram, but I installed Win2K server w/o issue. Dom't even care about any of that. Just physically want the rig to be up to snuff for now).
