I actually just received this exact model as part of a video card lot I bought. I tested it with the DirectX 7 Beta and FastVoodoo drivers, and it worked fine. No special setup/configuration required.

I'm not aware of any Glide specific benchmarks. Wizmark uses Direct3D. Try running "Unreal" or "Turok" or some other actual Glide capable game.

Otherwise, before giving up on the card, it could be you are experiencing some DirectX issues. Perhaps remove the Voodoo (or disable Direct3D) and try out your primary card (is it capable of 3D)?

After few changes in setup I managed to execute wizmark. But half of textures are missing. So yes
