Looks like a run of the mill SiS471 board, but it's a bit difficult to tell with the board inside the case and stuff like that expansion card covering parts of the board. You can try looking for SiS471 boards in UltimateRetro, if it's there you should be able to find it right away by comparing the layout.
By the way, you won't be able to use VLB cards with that board in that case, you would need both a VLB riser AND a VLB slot in the position where the riser card is inserted. So keep that in mind, as your video options will be limited to ISA.
Thanks for answering. I found the DTK PKM-0039S that is very similar, in fact I believe that my board is a variation of this 0039s.
In fact, I don't intend to be with him (If I can fix it, I'll sell it to have money to restore another 486 I have here...). I got this machine that was going to the trash because the battery leaked and corroded some of the tracks. I redid the motherboard tracks/trails manually, but I believe it has some more defect, as it only recognizes the processor as 16mhz, and it gets stuck in the post before the memory count
