I have a dual-booting Win98/XP Tualatin 1.4GHz with this 3Com 3C595-TX network card in. I like large PCI cards, they look cool.

However yeah, I've scoured the search engines and I can't seem to find the Windows XP drivers anywhere online for this, and none seem to be included on the Windows XP disc. I have it working in Windows 98 no problem however.

Anyone know where I can find it, or maybe a Win2000 driver for it that works in XP or such? Or, perhaps if there's some weirdness that means there isn't one?

I had similar problem searching for driver for another 3Com card. At the end I bought bunch of D-Link DFE-500TX cards from one eBayer.
Digital DEC / Intel Tulip chipset. Works out of the box on 9x/Me/2000/XP, no driver needed. I think they were also used on Windows NT / DEC Alpha. Great Linux/*NIX compatibility also.
B1 revision looks the best IMHO, if you go by the looks:
