Hi, decided to get an M70 for early 2000s games as Pentium M and 6800/fx1400 are quite an capable combo in an small package for the time

Sadly soon after gpu started artifacting and I decided that it woulbe be best to buy an 7800GTX instead (they the same size made by dell and should fit right in) Saw some other threads of other people successfuly doing so on other laptops and D810/M70s too

So I put the 7800 in and... nothing, then about 30 seconds after two beeps (ram issue by dell instructions). Here is the thing:If I put fx1400 back it launches instantly and without problem showing bios enter screen.
The CPU and GPU both get the power as they heat up, the gpu fan even starts spinning at some point when it detects that it got too hot.... So any ideas?
