I recently got a Soyo K7V Dragon Plus, which was (completely) recapped before I got it.
The board itself runs fine and stable with load on CPU and videocard, but as soon as a PCI card is plugged in, the system freezes as soon as the driver gets installed / the device is initiated.

This happens with sound cards as well as ethernet cards in every PCI slot and with different BIOS versions.

I think that maybe the new capacitors aren't fully adequate as a replacement and I want to compare the datasheets of the old caps to the the new ones.

Does someone here have a K7V Dragon (/Lite /Plus)?
